The Heart and Hand Center in Bozeman, MT is looking for an administrative assistant/office manager for our busy art, equine, and expressive therapy out patient mental health practice. This position could be perfect for you if you are kind, patient, enjoy working as part of a service oriented team, are highly detail oriented, well organized, have a college degree, experience in office management, customer relations, scheduling using google calendar, filing, medical and electronic billing, invoicing, and record keeping.
Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Stata, Word, social media, as well as skill managing phone calls, emails, customer relations and inquiries regarding our services will increase your ability to excel at this job.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys interacting with a diversified client population, and who has a warm, friendly, and gracious personality. We are looking for an individual who works well as a team member and who also works well independently. Our administrative assistant position requires patience, focus, a positive attitude and flexibility. This position is part time (15-20 hours per week), with salary of $15-20 per hour based upon education, professional background, and experience.
