Heart and Hand Center is now looking for a Ranch Manager at our Jackson Creek ranch, located 12 miles east of Bozeman, MT. This part-time position is waiting for a highly qualified individual who loves working with horses and people, and who enjoys outdoor maintenance.

Ranch Manager Job Responsibilities
Some of the common tasks include: maintenance of horse pasture, fencing, barn and grounds where we conduct equine assisted and art therapy camps, retreats, and year-round weekly sessions. Prior experience working with horses and an understanding of herd behavior is preferred. The Ranch Manager assists in providing support during therapy sessions, so must be a warm, caring individual who relates well with both adults and children and who is available to help out in all kinds of Montana weather!

We are a close staff, who work together to support our clients and one another during day-camps, week-end retreats, and weekly therapy sessions. While not affiliated with any particular denomination, we a spiritually based and God dependent organization. The Ranch Manager is an essential and integral part of all that we do.
Ranch Manager Qualifications
The Ranch Manager needs to be responsible, dependable, punctual, and kind; a person who can work independently and as a vital part of a closely connected team. In addition to all of this, if you have strong muscles, a big smile, and a 4WD Truck, this could be the dream position for you!
This position currently requires about 12-15 hours per week most weeks during Fall and Winter months. During summer months when we are having Day Camps and Retreat, the Ranch Manager is a full-time position.
